In this review of Saj P’s The Site Rush, we’ll look at some of the methods revealed and ask whether the information is valid and worthwhile - or not worth your time and effort.

The Site Rush primarily focuses on site flipping techniques, and it’s creator Saj P is well-placed with previous products he created such as 4 Tier Annihilation and Affiliate Payload (both of these were created alongside Alex Goad).

So let’s review what The Site Rush covers …

In effect, the product gives you a business blueprint that you can use to earn upwards of $5k per month fairly quickly - even if you have virtually no funds to get started - to techniques that can bring you $50k to millions of dollars for each site you learn to ‘flip’.

It was actually created in conjunction with an affiliate giant who earns a quarter of a million dollars a month from his activities, and used his know-how on buying established sites, integrating continuity models, elite traffic sources, monetizing methods and more.

I’d certainly suggest that you don’t judge it by the low price - the low price almost put me off buying it to be honest, and it belies the fact that the content you get with this is massive and certainly into the league of $997 courses sold by the some of the bigger guru’s out there.

Videos with The Site Rush take you step-by-step through the techniques he reveals, and there’s also lot of written content to go through.

You’ll learn quick strategies for site flipping, and then if you go deeper, you’ll go into much more advanced method, including at the top level where you learn to build recurring income from your sites, where you build in continuity or membership models, and develop a constantly increasing monthly income from the sites with very little investment required of your time - the real key to building long-term customer relationships, and you can do it across different but highly valuable niches.

One of my criticisms in this review of The Site Rush is that there is just far too much in there - it would be very easy to go into it with all guns blazing, only to fizzle out after a couple of weeks when the next ‘big thing’ comes along, and you lose your focus.

My recommendation would therefore be to aim to get started slowly, actually schedule time in to go through it each week for the long-term, and certainly don’t try to take it all in at once. Start with his beginner techniques and actually implement something by flipping a site or two - and then go on to the next level, read, digest, and take action.

After 12 months, you would have made huge progress thanks to The Site Rush, and if you’ve put into practice just some of the techniques, even if you started out a complete beginner, you should at least have a few thousand dollars a month coming in courtesy of your initial small investment and of course your time commitment over the months. If you already have some online activities, of course the potential is much greater.

It’s all Step-by-Step and this looks and feels like a $997 course and in many ways it is. Saj has brought on board a Multi-million dollar a year affiliate that has contributed to make this killer…

Here is a brief review of some of the contents contained inside The Site Rush Training Course. I must emphasize "brief" here because you could practically write a book just reviewing this program if you tried to cover everything it contains.

Module 1: The Quick Flipper Strategies
This is the first level of website flipping which provides the users with all the foundational knowledge they need to get started in the business. This will act to greatly increase the learning curve and provide them with steadily growing profits which they can enjoy and reinvest into the higher levels to make even more money. This is especially good for people with little or no money to invest.

Site Rush, the new Internet Marketing’s product created by Saj P has created quite a buzz on the Net lately. I have just finished reading its 200+ manual and watched the videos. And I can honestly say that I’m really impressed with this product. I will share with you what is it all about. So let’s get started….

First of all, Site Rush is not like those typical Internet Marketing products that teach you how to do SEO, PPC, building websites, etc. Rather, it’s about buying, flipping and selling websites. This online business activity is known as Website Flipping. You can think of it as buying and selling real estates or rather virtual real estates or VRE.

The Site Rush’s manual consists of 4 modules covering every strategies and techniques about buying and selling VRE, from the very basic to very advanced level. It also has a set of videos to help you further digest and fully understand all the strategies and techniques taught.

Module 1: The Quick Flipper Strategies

This module is for those who have never done website flipping before. It lays out a very easy to follow, step-by-step level of website flipping. For example, Saj will show you where to buy a well built, fantastic looking website for under $10 and how to resell that same websites minutes later for 5-10 times the amount. You can literally use this knowledge to start earning money from day one!

Module 2: Advanced Hunter Marketing

The techniques covered in this module are more advanced and require you to have some money. You will get to learn the exact steps most online gurus use to make BIG bucks online by flipping websites. For me personally, the most valuable part of this module is when Saj reveals the top secret weapon in the internet marketers toolkit that allows you to get massive visitors into your new websites virtually overnight! More traffic into the website can increase its value by as high as 30 times.

Module 3: The Kingpin Investor

This module covers the truly advanced stuffs. Honestly speaking, I haven’t implemented all the strategies covered in this module as yet. The objective here is to build recurring monthly income. You will learn to build income model known as the Continuity Membership Programs and other strategy such as Frontend Funnelling Mechanisms; which is a method used to turn any normal customer into a monthly paying subscriber. The strategies discussed in this module will take some time, if implemented right, you will be able to create constant monthly cash flow.

Module 4: The Real Underground Million Dollar Blueprints

This is a short but important module. However, the strategies and techniques covered here are only effective after you have successfully implemented some of the advanced strategies taught in the previous modules. And once you have a large portfolio of web real estates, you can be described as an experienced and successful VRE business owner.

Are there any cons or negative points in Site Rush?

Honestly speaking, it’s quite hard to find a negative point for this product as it really covers the subject of "website flipping" very well, from the very basic to the most advanced level. One thing I want to highlight is that some of the advanced strategies do need you to have some cash. The Site Rush lays out wide range of strategies that cover buying cheap website as low as $10 to as high as few thousands dollars. Essentially, it’s like you’re being trained as a professional real estate investor or rather VRE investor.

By the way, the Site Rush’s sales page is full of HYPE! Even when it tries to explain the contents of each module, it uses excessive hype. I do not think this is necessary, because the contents are good, so why use so much hype? Honestly speaking, the hype used in the sales letter really turns me off.

Conclusion:

Apart from the over-hyped sales letter, I will confidently give Site Rush a HIGH rating (that’s 9 out of 10). If you’re looking for training yourself up as a VRE business professional, this course can not be wrong and I stand by it 100 percent. Also, if you’re already doing some website flipping, this course will really catapult you into the next level.

If you are new and have little cash to spare, you should be focusing and implementing all the strategies and techniques outlined in the module 1 first. The 1st module will teach you how to make money flipping websites from day one, even if you only have ten bucks to start with.
